The Wallenpaupack Bowling and Sports Center is in Hawley- about 7 minutes from the brewery. This combo (brewery to bowling) has become a low-key staple for friend groups staying at the cabin. It's fun, it's easy, it doesn't require anyone to be "into bowling." Bonus: it's a natural rainy day backup if the weather turns.
Honesdale and Hawley: the towns worth an afternoon
If your group wants to wander, both Hawley and Honesdale reward a slow stroll. Antique shops, boutiques, coffee, lake-view dining. Hawley has the Hawley Antique Exchange if anyone's into that; Honesdale has a nice small-town main street energy. Neither town is trying too hard. That's part of what makes the whole area feel like the Poconos that locals know.

About 40 minutes from the cabin, The Lodge at Woodloch is an adults-only luxury spa resort with full treatments, indoor pool, gardens, and a genuinely beautiful setting. Horseback Riding at Why-Not Riding Stable
If your group is into something a little different: horseback riding through the Pocono Mountains. Not everyone thinks of this for an adult weekend, but it's a great late-morning activity - beautiful scenery, easy pace, memorable.
